With an equal passion for client service and nurturing and developing young engineers, José has led a range of electrical engineering projects, including some of the largest and most prominent developments undertaken in Western Australia. José’s commitment to both service and mentorship is evident in the results consistently achieved by the WGE now part of Stantec team across Australia.
After 30 years of experience in Australia and South Africa, clients and team members alike recognise José for his effective leadership, technical expertise, and his continual desire to seek out creative solutions and better ways of working. His goals? To enable people to be their best and to respect people not only for the title they hold, but for the person they are.
José is a keen sportsman who has competed at state level in athletics, tennis, and swimming. When he isn’t engaged in more active pursuits, José’s other interests include music—Buble, Sinatra, Nat King Cole, and the like—and travelling to Europe with his family.
