As a corporate sustainability engagement advisor, Sade is focused on embedding sustainability into every aspect of our operations and service delivery. She sees this as an extension of her client-facing role as a sustainability consultant where she works with clients to improve the sustainability of communities across the UK, especially as they relate to social value.
Sade sees her work holistically and values the opportunity to guide sustainability initiatives from the ideation stage, to development, implementation, communication, and evaluation. For her, collaboration is the key, working with, and gathering information from every level of the organization. It is very much about “walking the talk,” and providing clients with demonstrable examples of sustainability leadership that we can apply to add-value to their projects.
Building on her passion for the ‘S’ in ESG, Sade is a proud member on the Stantec Global Inclusion & Diversity Board, and has had past roles on the corporate Women’s Leadership Development Committee, and was the network lead for our Developing Professionals Group.
